Andre has a Dip. Constructions and Business Management, is an experienced and passionate Manager with an extensive business operational and portfolio management background. Skills include strong leadership and coaching to motivate teams to achieve positive outcomes. This is combined with excellent communication to build and maintain customer relationships. Strong analytical, strategic and technical skills are combined with the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels. In all my roles, I’ve learned to provide excellent customer service, understand and satisfy customer’s requirements and to exceed their expectations if possible.
