Jeanette is responsible for keeping financial records and balancing accounts, account reconciliation, payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, superannuation compliance and ASIC compliance. Jeanette is trusted to make informed strategy decisions within the company and works well under tight deadlines. Jeanettes attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills serves highly within the business.

Operations Manager, John holds a Masters degree in Marketing Management supported by over 10 years of experience within the industry across wholesale, retail and commercial. Johns role has included planning and executing some of Tiling Wizards major projects over the past decade. This experience and knowledge, along with John’s passion, vision for the future and ability to adapt to the ever evolving market, has cemented his position as Wizard’s trusted and strategic operations manager. At heart, John invests in stakeholder and customer relationships to consistently deliver outcomes by supporting and empowering his team to exceed customer expectations. John’s friendly nature enables him to create strong trust worthy relationships with customers, making his service interpersonal with each client he is met with. He is a team leader within the company and this is justified through his ability to make connections and bring back returning customers time and time again.

Andre has a Dip. Constructions and Business Management, is an experienced and passionate Manager with an extensive business operational and portfolio management background. Skills include strong leadership and coaching to motivate teams to achieve positive outcomes. This is combined with excellent communication to build and maintain customer relationships. Strong analytical, strategic and technical skills are combined with the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels.
